Oameni care vin \u0219i \u00eemi spun c\u0103 simt mereu <strong>picioarele reci,<\/strong> m\u00e2inile amor\u021bite sau o greutate constant\u0103 \u00een gambe. Mul\u021bi dintre ei nici nu realizeaz\u0103 c\u00e2t de mult le afecteaz\u0103 asta via\u021ba de zi cu zi p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd nu simt o schimbare real\u0103. \u0218i \u0219tii ce? Schimbarea \u00eencepe deseori cu <strong>Terapia Bowen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am avut un client, Mihai, care mi-a spus \u00eentr-o zi: \u201eM\u0103 simt de parc\u0103 a\u0219 purta greut\u0103\u021bi la picioare. M\u0103 obosesc repede, de parc\u0103 s\u00e2ngele nu mai ajunge unde trebuie.\u201d Iar Mihai nu era singur. Problemele de circula\u021bie nu sunt doar despre v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u2013 le v\u0103d la<strong> oameni tineri<\/strong>, la cei care stau mult jos sau care pur \u0219i simplu nu sunt suficient de activi. \u0218i dac\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti c\u0103 aceste probleme afecteaz\u0103 doar picioarele, te \u00een\u0219eli.
